Sunshine Yoga

Hey friends! Today my guest is Christine Rupnick McIntosh, a yoga
teacher and City Councilwoman in Euclid, Ohio who has focused on
introducing police to the concept of yoga and mindfulness as well
as working with local administration and consulting with mental
health experts to bring a tailored wellness program that can
compliment the PD’s current peer-to-peer counseling and EAP
benefits. If you are local to the Cleveland area, she teaches
FREE yoga classes once a month at Sims Park Beach in Euclid (July
