Hello friends! Today's guest is Denise Perry -Denise Perry is a
Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Energetic Healer, Spiritual
Mentor, and Studio Director of Yoga Nook.  She believes
there's no perfect practice - only the perfect practice for
today.  Denise became a teacher to support others with their
journey to reconnect with themselves, in body, mind, and
heart..  She hopes to help students connect with the moment
and fall in love with themselves again.
