Mark Watt - Founder of Whitelion, Mentoring For at Risk Youth

In this episode, I interview Mark Watt. Mark is the founder of
Whitelion. An organization  supports young people at risk in
the Australian community with programs and advocacy.

Mark discusses how it all started while he was working in one of
Melbourne’s youth prisons. We also dive deep into why mentoring
is such a powerful vehicle for change  for disadvantaged
youth, how social enterprise works and why it’s so important to
partner with people when starting out.
