Well here we are…welcome to Coaching Cafes 2022!


Not long ago we signed off for the year, with a recap on the
trends in coaching that we predicated for 2021.  And now
here we are, gazing into our re-usable coffee mugs and thinking
about trends that we will see in coaching for 2022.  


The good news is that you actually don’t need your double shot
cappuccino for inspiration - there are a lot of big changes being
broadcast and implemented by the International Coaching
Federation that will have a positive impact on our
industry.  In addition, there are several trends that we are
seeing in our research and through conversations with people like
yourself.
