Natalie’s presentation to the ICF Australasia ACT Branch
was a hit and people walked away inspired and motivated about the
changes that are happening a global level, to increase the
professionalism of the industry. 


 We are talking, specifically about the recent changes to
the ICF Core Competencies AND the changes that will ensure that
coach training providers are now accredited with the ICF. 
Significantly, we have not seen these types of changes at a
global level for over 20 years.  In fact, it’s never been a
requirement for providers of coach training to be accredited by
the ICF, only their programs.


The good news is that at Open Door we have already implemented
all the core competency changes into our coach training
curriculum.   But if you missed the presentation to the
