Taking a coaching approach to performance conversations

are entering into the annual performance review season and that
means trying to schedule in appointments with the team; meeting
the demands from HR Managers to submit reviews by deadlines; and
for a number of people, assisting managers to have good quality
conversations.  This is where coaching really comes in
handy.
