We continue our conversations around getting ready for annual
performance reviews in our Coaching Café this week.  Over
the past few weeks, we’ve looked at key tips; a framework to set
those conversations up for success; how to manage the trickier
conversations; and the performance development plan (yes there’s
a lot to catch up on if you’ve missed the Cafés recently but you
can do that via our blog or podcasts).  


 


This week we turn our attention to turning the conversation
into a more meaningful career discussion.

but it is a highlight of our week to discuss key topics with such
a talented and insightful bunch of people.
