‘What if AI can make my coaching better?’, I asked.
‘What would that look like? What difference would that make to my
coaching?’.
‘Only one way to find out!’ I thought, ‘let’s put it to the
test’.
This week in our Coaching Cafe we continue to discuss a key trend
in coaching: the use of AI in coaching. And we turn our thinking
to: how we can use AI for continuous improvement in our coaching
– specifically to make us better coaches. And to do this we
will take Natalie’s actual transcripts of PCC level recordings
and ask AI for feedback on how the coaching could be improved.
So join Natalie and Paula Jones-Hunt our Resident HR Specialist
for this eye-opening Coaching Café, to find out the results of
how AI can make us a better coach, including at the top levels of
ICF competency.
If you are a regular, you know the vibe and the great
contribution that you make to our discussions; so we look forward
to welcoming you back and offering you a value-packed 30 minutes.
If you’ve not joined us for a Live Coaching Café, now is your
opportunity to schedule this time for your professional and
personal development. In addition, you have the opportunity
to collect ICF CCEU’s for FREE. In no time at all, you’ll
be looking forward to Friday lunchtimes, just like we all do!
