Ethics in coaching – the importance of values

Over the past few weeks in our Coaching Café we’ve been out
exploring the ‘wild west’ of coaching. In particular, the use of
AI in Coaching.
This week in our Coaching Cafe we return to our core, by kicking
off a new theme around the ‘ICF Core Competencies’. This series
is perfectly timed in the lead up to International Coach Week
(13th – 19th May 2024), to give us an opportunity to reflect on
ourselves as coaches and on our workplace coaching
practice.  We start the series with an exploration of ethics
in coaching and the importance of values.
Join Natalie, Paula and Brigitte for this interactive Coaching
Café discussion as we explore the ICF Core Values which underpin
the ICF Code of Ethics. This is an opportunity for reflective
practice on our alignment to the ICF Core Values.
