RAWTALK 16: THE POWER OF "NO" - ANISSA & ELLEN RAW

What is it about people pleasers & the word "no"? Why is it so
difficult to tell someone no if you honestly can't help them? Or
cannot commit to what they are asking? Why can't the words "I don't
know" come out of their mouths? If you look up "People Pleaser" in
the dictionary… well if you could look it up… you'd see Anissa
& Ellen's pictures. Big ass tired smiles plastered on their
faces. Bloodshot eyes from staying up late to try to manage too
many things. Greasy hair with roots showing & chipped nail
polish because they're too busy with their side hustles to give
themselves time to see what the inside of a salon looks like. Life
can consist of long days that leave you completely exhausted &
unfulfilled if you let it. And you miss out on a lot of good shit
if you are constantly doing for others & neglecting yourself.
So today, boys & girls, the word of the day is "NO!".
