group fitness classes is all about YOU… how YOU look, standing up
onstage to promote YOU, teaching for YOUR own workout… then guys
& gals, you need to do something else. It is a privilege to be
able to have some small part in helping someone else make positive,
impactful changes to his/her life. Honor your members. Care for
your members. Connect with your members. No one cares about your
bulging biceps or your six-pack abs or how juicy your booty is.
