1370: Gap in Disability Support for Over 65s - Rebekha Sharke MP

People who acquire a disability over the age of 65 years are
ineligible for NDIS support.

This has caused issues for older people in the electorate of
Mayo, according to local member Rebekha Sharkie.

The Centre Alliance MP joins Jennie Lenman in this chat to
discuss her advocacy work towards changing eligibility rules for
the National Disability Insurance Scheme. She also discusses
feedback she is getting from survey respondents about in-home
aged care experiences and talks about challenges for over 50s in
