1465: Hills Railway Proposal Using Existing Freight Lines - Podcast

A solid proposal has been put forward for a rail link from
Mount Barker to Adelaide, which would cost a fraction of the
State Government’s own $6b to $12b estimate.



Infrastructure SA is considering a $317m project utilising the
existing freight line, proposed and costed by former Australian
National Rail engineer Douglas McCarty.
