A food-waste fighting entrepreneur in Mypolonga is opening a cafe
and tasting room this weekend.

Kelly Johnson turns unwanted farm produce into easy-to-prepare
sustainable meal packages, snacks and dried fruits.

After starting her business Woodlane Orchard from her home
kitchen two years ago, she has set her sights on the church at
Green Street,  transforming it into her venture, 'Lot
23'.

Kelly joins Jennie Lenman in this podcast to talk more about it.

The official opening is happening Sunday 27 February from 9am to
3pm, with live music from local band Woolshed Road from 11.30am,
a small farmer's market will run on the day, along with giant
games in the backyard and Kimbolton Wines will provide tastings.
