1615: A Big Decade for South Coast Real Estate - Mark Forde

Since 1989, Mark Forde has worked across South Australia, in
Adelaide, the Clare Valley, Riverland and Eyre Peninsula in
residential. rural and investment properties.

In 2010, Mark and wife Sam settled in the Fleurieu Peninsula and
started managing a team of almost 40 real-estate agents at
Harcourts South Coast.

The pair have seen a lot of changes in the sector and region over
the years, from the GFC to the booming market we are seeing
today.
