1633: Call for More Sustainable Funding for Vulnerable Families

A community forum in Murray Bridge this month aims to tackle the
need for more sustainable funding for vulnerable families and
children in care.

Annette Korzebar, advocate for funding women and children in the
Murraylands, says while there's many options for support for
vulnerable families in the region, funding is always an issue
especially when it is disrupted or discontinued.

She is calling for sustainable funding before issues become
intractable.

The topic will be an area of discussion at the Flourish By Five
community forum on 27 October at 6pm at the Murray Bridge Uniting
Church at 6pm.
