Why is investing in health important in creating wealth? Health and
wealth are like your left and right hands. You do not just train
your muscles on one hand to be able to use them, you have to train

Why is investing in health important in creating wealth? Health and
wealth are like your left and right hands. You do not just train
your muscles on one hand to be able to use them, you have to train
both. That is why I keep on encouraging everybody to work on their
health too, even if it is not my specialty. One of the investment
strategies I love to teach people is how to use cash-value life
insurance to shelter your money and assets. Many of my investors
and clients love the concept of this strategy, but not all people
are able to do it because of their health conditions. They do not
get approved for the insurance because of their health. As
embarrassing as it may be, I was one of them too. I got declined
because I was underweight. Can you believe they would decline
people for being underweight? Since then, I started to work on
improving my health and my body. Think about this - what good will
it bring if you have a 7-figure income but your health is in poor
condition that you can barely enjoy anything? I can teach you
world-class strategies but at the end of the day, if you do not
have the health to support that, what good will it do you? It took
me a while to understand this, but I want you to think about this:
Your body is your vessel. Your Maker gave you this beautiful body
so you can experience life. Do you consider it a gift? Most of us
are born perfectly healthy, but there are many people who aren't.
Some of them have no vision or hearing, some lose the ability to
speak, some lose their limbs. When you compare yourself to people
in these situations, you would feel that what we have is truly a
blessing. If you look at life and your body this way, you would
cherish it even more. You would take care of it more and give it
the right amount of exercise and nutrition so your body can perform
at the highest level. We do not have any idea how much stress we
put on our body but it's still able to function. I want to
encourage you to start to realize your existence and take care of
yourself. It does not have to be anything fancy - it could be as
simple as breathing amidst a busy day, stretching after sitting on
your chair for hours - just a little every day. Once you value
something, you will do whatever it takes to maintain it. Treat your
body as this precious gift that you should be taking care of so you
can use it to achieve bigger success. Today is about yourself -
taking care of yourself and valuing yourself. Spend time on your
body and think of it as an investment, not an expense. Prevent
issues from happening before they even cost you more. Do not wait
until you get high blood pressure, a heart attack, or cancer to
work on yourself. I am not here to just help you build wealth, but
also to encourage you to work on your health. I'm here to help you
create a 7-figure lifestyle, not just a 7-figure income. I value
you and I also want you to value yourself.
