Hurricane Dorian and the Bahamas

State Representative Shevrin Jones is leading the Florida effort to
help the Bahamas recover from Hurricane Dorian. With family living
on the islands, Jones watched as the lethal category five storm
slammed into the islands, flattening homes and washing away roads.
He discusses the scope of the damage and what Floridians can do to

Dorian’s path and why it stalled out over the Bahamas, how close it
