I'm obsessed with the process of growing and improving and
helping others to do that. In this episode, I talk about being
self-aware and how I've noticed that I tend to be disinterested
in things once they are completed. This is why I walked away from
my concert musician career as it was approaching 100+ concerts
per year.


Help your students find passion in the climb and the process of
learning, not the event or the goal at the end. Perfection would
leave us empty.
