On the Tuesday May 26 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke
and Brian Blessing started by talking NASCAR, as they recapped what
we saw over the weekend in the Coca-Cola 600 and projected what we
could see on Wednesday in the Alsco Uniforms 500. Adam and Brian
gave their picks to win and also some betting tips on the matchups
and other prop bets. They also touched quickly on Bristol with the
Food City 500 this weekend. After that, the guys took a look at the
NHL plan for a 24-team playoff, which has been agreed to by the
league and the NHLPA. A lot of details still have to be hammered
out, but odds are out on the proposed first-round matchups and
Brian shared his favorite picks based on the current prices.
Finally, the guys ended quickly with some horse racing tips and
talk about races from this past weekend and some upcoming events.
