Alan talks about his life and his work. Having been adopted by
Catholic Nuns at an early age he started to find his way when he
discovered Carl Rogers and Encounter Groups. He describes his
awakening: "I disappeared into the most brilliant oneness in the
whole of existence. All the boundaries dissolved". Alan worked at
the Community Centre in London before going to Poona and becoming a
disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh (later Osho). At this time he
becomes known as Rajen and ran Encounter groups before moving on to
the Rajneesh ranch in Oregon. In this interview, Alan reflects on
his time with Bhagwan/Osho and talks about 'The Art Of Being.'
