This week we start to explore the Bundaberg region and set up
camp in the sleepy seaside village of Burnett Heads. Bundaberg is
famous for Ginger Beer and we all enjoy a magical experience at
The Barrel, tasting their 19 different flavours and learning how
it all comes together during their self-guided factory tour. Next
we visit Hinkler Hall of Aviation to experience a wonderful
tribute to Bert Hinkler, one of Australia's most famous aviation
pioneers. And Katie gets us ready for summer with some delicious
mango recipes!
