This week we continue our exploration of the Capricorn Region
with a visit to the historic mining town Mount Morgan. Located 40
minutes west of Rockhampton, Mount Morgan makes a great half day
trip for the entire family. From the suspension bridge to their
historic railway museum, Jasper had a ball discovering this
quaint country town.


 Next we swap the motorhome for a few nights glamping in
paradise on pristine Great Keppel Island, located on Queensland’s
Southern Great Barrier Reef. With its crystal clear turquoise
waters, 17 secluded white squelchy sand beaches and an abundance
of wildlife, no visit to the Capricorn Region is complete without
a trip to Great Keppel Island!
