This week we continue our dinosaur discovery with a visit to the
world’s only Dinosaur Stampede at Lark Quarry! Home to over 3000
fossilised footprints of Australian dinosaurs, the Stampede was
first discovered in the 1960’s and is a fascinating display of
life over 95 million years ago!

With it’s incredibly epic landscapes and sweeping views across
wild and rugged plains, Winton has no shortage of vantage spots
to take in the spectacular Outback sunsets, and exploring the
unique environment of the Rangelands was a perfect way to lose
ourselves for an afternoon.

Plus Paul gets the opportunity to have a yarn to some of the true
Aussie characters that make Winton such a vibrant Outback town
including an Opal miner, the Crackup Sisters, and the founder of
The Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival.
