The beginning of a new year is a time to reset. Today's
conversation is about a 6-part framework to allow you to build a
system to help you reach your potential, to become the elephant
in the content room so to speak. 

Here are the 6-parts we discuss:

Intelligence - Commit to personal growth
Y-O-Y by focusing on developing 1-2 skills (how long depends on
scope and depth). Use your trunk - Be adaptable
and learn how to problem solve. Stay on your toes
- Plan ahead, but prepare to pivot based on information gathered
along the way. Consume tons - Be attentive in
content consumption, and bring in influences outside your area.
Migrate - Get uncomfortable and be willing to
explore different environments. Cultivate
Community - Share what you learn and think about how you
can set your teammates up for success.
