S1 Ep40: Celebrating Black Creatives In Sports

This week's podcast is a continuation of our celebration of black
creatives in the sports industry from the panel we held at the
end of February. Hosted by Cindy Robinson, she is joined by
guests Dominique Patrick, Jumoke Davis, Stephanie Lovell and
Lamont Buford.

They discuss challenges they've faced being the only black person
on their team or on their show, the importance of networking,
adding diversity to your team without the Rooney Rule, and
finding a way to remain positive during the pandemic.
