Jack B. Westbrook is the Libertarian Party's nominee for U.S. House
District 13 in Texas, set to face Dr. Ronny Jackson and Gus
Trujillo in the November general election. A former State Senate
and Amarillo College Board of Regents candidate, Jack has become a
well-known Libertarian activist in Amarillo over the past several
