Ali Ramos is a social worker, graphic designer, community
activist, and candidate for Amarillo City Council, Place 4. Ramos
is well known in the Amarillo community for his advocacy work and
is perhaps best known for her work in opposing the opening of the
Big Beaners restaurant in Amarillo last year. In today's episode,
Ali calls in to discuss her campaign for the Amarillo City
Council, why she wants to tackle issues like taxpayer-funded
