For this edition of the pod, we invite producer and pioneer of
the new club wave genre CalvoMusic to the show. What is New Club
Wave you ask? According to Calvo, the roots of the genre stem
heavily from Baltimore Club Music’s rich history. The buzzing
producer mixes sounds that have influenced him from various
genres into bouncy and infectious club anthems.


Shannon spoke with the Baltimore native back in October about
developing his sound, his love for video game music, and his most
recent project with Night Slugs.
