Part Two: The Sanitarium

At the age of 24, Dr. Kellogg took over as director of the
Battle Creek Sanitarium, also known as "The San." In his quest to
provide his famous guests with top-notch care, Dr. Kellogg pushed
dangerous treatments that put many of his patients in the ground,
rather than on the road to wellness.
