Garden of Words movie and manga comparing Delusional Otaku

Two strangers meet in a Japanese garden were they help each other
to come out of their personal problems. Eventually they'll need to
decide what they'll do with their 12 years of difference love. I
saw the movie and was good. The manga was even better and here is
