30. 4 Fall Biz Planning & Strategy Tips That You Should Be Doing NOW!

Happy Summer! If you haven't started thinking about your
fall, NOW is the time to start. Things get really busy in fall,
with school starting, holidays, etc., so it can be hard to stay
focused if you don't know what you're doing each month. It’s a
season full of family commitments, but it is also a time for
MAKING MONEY, so we need to be prepared! Today I am sharing what
I would be doing right now if I was you.


#1 Plan in REST, Celebrations + Travel!


As you head into the busy fall season it is important to plan
rest, celebrations, and travel into your schedule. Make sure you
know what you want to accomplish but also think about the
downtime you will need.


#2 Create a Weekly  + Monthly Schedule You Will Live
By


Take the time NOW to look ahead and see what your days and weeks
are going to look like. Coordinate with your spouse who is
picking up which kid, times you are going to the gym, plan days
for laundry, and so on. I know personally, as a Christian
business coach, this will help give my fall structure
and make everything run smoother.


#3 Map Out Your Launches, Products Pushes, Content,
Etc.


Taking the time to plan out your launches, pushes, and content
will hold you accountable to getting those things done and give
you a clear plan for fall. I would recommend taking a calendar
and planning out when you're going to do your big launches NOW.
This will help you see your weeks that are going to be busy and
you will be able to plan your content accordingly. Also, take the
time now to write out what will need to be done for each of these
launches and get started on your to-do list.


#4 Look at Your Financial Targets


Project your income and think about what you want to make this
quarter. Take the time to break down numbers and see how much you
will need to sell or if you need to adjust your pricing. As
entrepreneurs, it can be easy to just pull out random numbers,
but planning this in advance will make your fall more profitable.


What you do now will affect what your fall looks like so
don't wait. Don't be reactive, be proactive. Making plans and
strategizing your Fall schedule will minimize burnout.


Lastly, know that the Lord's plans for you are greater
than anything you can plan and submit these things to him! "For I
know the plans I have for you, plans to give you hope and a
