36. Top 3 Tips If You're Wanting To Create an Online Course In The Next Few Months

There is so much potential in creating an online course. I
personally started an online course in 2018 but officially went
online in 2019. Everyone has something that they can offer,
whether it's education, health, business, or a hobby! The
worldwide e-learning market is projected to be worth $325 Billion
in 2025, so online learning is here to stay. If you are ready to
tap into this and build an online course, you are in the right
spot. Today I am sharing 3 tips if you’re wanting to create an
online course in the next few months.


Teach What You Know


Sometimes we forget that we know things that other people don't
know. Even if you know 10% more than someone, you have something
they can learn from. Whether it's a hobby or a tactical strategy,
I can almost guarantee that there is someone who wants to learn
it. People want to learn from people who have been there and know
more than they do. This is also the perfect place to embrace your
story! Embrace the hard things you have been through so you can
relate to others. God gave you your story for a reason.


People Want a Tribe


People will pay for a tribe of people to go through things with
because everybody wants to be a part of something bigger and
greater. So, think about how you can incorporate this into your
course. I personally have embraced this so much as I have a
smaller niche as an online Christian business
coach. Since my niche is smaller, the people I attract
are all looking for the same community.


Accountability is Key


People don't want to learn alone, they want help. I don't think
you can go wrong in the early stages of building a course by
providing an accountability structure. People want to have
someone to check in on them and show up for.


And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good
works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some,
but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day
drawing near. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
