59. How to Develop Your Own Signature Framework for Your Online Business

Every online business and coaching program needs a signature
framework that can be used as a roadmap to guide customers and
clients into purchasing. People need to be able to visualize
where they are going and how YOU are going to help them get
there. So often business owners forget to walk through this
process, and it can be a deal breaker. You need to be able to
clearly communicate to your clients where they are going and how
you are going to help them navigate the process to achieve their
goals. In week three of our Christian Business
Podcast series for online course creators and coaches,
we are going to break down how to create a signature framework
that will serve as the building block for your online business,
course or coaching program.
How are you going to help your client?
First, you need to figure out how you are helping your client.
What is their problem and how are YOU going to help them solve
that problem? From there, you need to outline what steps the
client needs to take in order to get the desired end result.
Think of this as a step-by-step process to help get your client
from point A to point Z. Use this to map out the transformational
steps to help solve their problem.
Building a framework:
When you are building a house, you need to have plans (see the
step above) and then you need to build the frame. The frame or
bones of the house are key! The same is true for your course or
coaching program. You need to have the frame and bones of your
course built before you can start selling it. This is also where
you start adding your brand and your unique voice into the
framework. By having a strong base and frame, you can really
start building your course, program or business.
Add Your Story:
Here is where you add your voice, testimony and story to your
framework. People need to be able to connect with you and what
you are selling. Testimony and story-telling are hugely important
when marketing to clients. By teaching people things that you've
had success with or something you have a story for can be
transformational! Marketing becomes easy when you share your
wins, losses and what you have learned along the way. Creating
connections based on your framework, experience and through your
testimony is the key.
Copyrighting:
Create a message for your clients and potential customers using
your framework and testimony. Verbalize the transformation and
walk them through what they need, how you can help and the steps
they need to take to achieve the desired outcome.
If you can take these steps and create a solid signature
framework, map out the transformational steps, bring your story
and brand into the picture, and then verbalize all of that to
your client, you have a solid base for your course or coaching
program. Pray for God to reveal to you what you can use as the
framework for your business and turn it over to Him.
