93. Group Coaching? 5 Reasons Why It's The Best Way to Serve + Scale Your Online Business

I’m so excited to be back on the podcast talking about Group
Coaching this week! A group coaching program is how I started my
Faith-Based Coaching Business and it’s a great way for you to get
started, especially if you do a BETA program! Today we’re going
to go through 5 reasons why Group Coaching is the best way to
both serve and scale your online business. If you’ve been

Community is the Heartbeat


We were created for community! And it truly was on my heart
because it wasn’t necessarily something I had in my own life, so
that’s what I created. I couldn’t wait for someone to do it for
me. Doing Group Coaching allows you to attract your people into
your business and provide a home for them to learn from and
support each other. It’s just more fun to be in community!


Crazy Time-Efficient


When you’re just starting out, doing 1:1 calls can seem less
intimidating than a full group program. But what you’ll learn
very quickly is that instead of doing 10 1:1 calls, you can just
do 1 call. Your time is worth money and this is a very efficient
way to serve your clients! You can schedule consistent times for
your once a week call and you can use this as a course
supplementation or support call. You aren’t reteaching what’s in
the course.


Creates a Mastermind Structure


Another reason why group coaching is the best way to serve and
scale your online business is that it creates a way for us to
learn from each other. You can ask questions, hear what other
people are doing, and be encouraged by other people’s stories. I
create a tribe structure in my coaching programs and they are the
real reason why so many students have success and stay connected!


Quality Support


When you’re doing 1:1 coaching, you are spread thin between
clients. But in a group coaching program you are using your time
more effectively and efficiently, so you are able to show up and
support your clients in an in-depth way. This is so helpful to
them! In a way, even with group coaching, they are still getting
