Dan Gregory is the Co-Founder of strategic think-tank, The
Impossible Institute, who describes himself as being in the
business of making smart people... people smart! He works as a
speaker, author, consultant and social commentator and his passion
is human behaviour and the elements of influence - what inspires
and engages our people, our customers, our communities and
ourselves. Dan has worked as a stand up comedian, developed new
product lines for Coca-Cola and Unilever, been a regular on ABC
TV's "Gruen" series and launched engagement campaigns for companies
as varied as Vodafone, MTV and the United Nations. He is also the
co-author, along with Kieran Flanagan, of Selfish, Scared and
Stupid: Stop Fighting Human Nature And Increase Your Performance,
Engagement And Influence. In this interview Dan discusses his
thoughts on human behaviour, advertising, leadership, sales, the
future of the workplace and the skills required to be successful.
