For those who don't know him Osher Günsberg, widely recognised by
his former stage name Andrew G, is an Australian television and
radio presenter who is best known as the host of the reality TV
series The Bachelor Australia, The Bachelorette Australia and
Bachelor in Paradise Australia. He is also known for his hosting
roles on Channel [V], Australian Idol, and radio shows including
Take 40 Australia and The Hot Hits. He also narrated the factual
television program Bondi Rescue. His memoir, Back, After the Break,
was published by HarperCollins in August 2018 and debuted at number
one on the charts. In this interview Osher speaks very openly about
his mental health journey, the motivation behind writing his latest
book, and training for the cover of Mens Heath Magazine. A word of
