In this highly-anticipated Season Finale of Outside The Boards
Podcast, we're ecstatic to introduce you to three remarkable
athletes - Pamela Flanagan, Hope Arellano, and Hazel Jackson, who
together form three-fourths of the formidable La Fe Women's Polo
Team. What's even more remarkable is that these champions are
joining us from across the globe, with representatives in
Florida, California, and Argentina.


It's been a little over a month since they last played together
and since their incredible victory at the 2023 U.S. Open Women's
Polo Championship. But the taste of triumph is still fresh in
their minds and hearts.


Their journey to this victory was not without its challenges,
including a tough start in the Open with a nail-biting loss to
BTA by just one point in the initial match. However, their
unwavering dedication, teamwork, and competitive spirit carried
them through, effortlessly defeating El Cid Fitness by 8 points
and San Saba by 5, ultimately culminating in a resounding 12-6
victory against Dundas in the finals.


When you tally up their collective experience, these three
incredible women boast a staggering 15+ Open appearances and have
secured more than 8 Open Championships. Their list of
achievements is truly awe-inspiring.

came together, the meticulous planning and coordination that went
