The Apartment (1960)

recently celebrated 60 years since its initial release. Widely
considered to be one of Billy Wilder’s true masterpieces, this
romantic dramedy stars Jack Lemmon, Shirley MacLaine, and Fred
McMurray. We discuss the film’s impact on our own movie-going
lives, play some of our favorite clips, and have a spirited
debate about this either being a “Christmas movie” or a “New
Year’s” movie.
