02.09 - The Calm Before the Storm

After signing a treaty with the king, the Covenanters find it
wasn't worth the paper it was written on. The General Assembly
meets once more, but the Parliament of Scotland is held up in
procedure for weeks, before being prorogued. Aware of the danger of
foreign intervention, the Covenanters continue their diplomatic
