Leaving a Legacy with Susan Brenz

Susan Brenz is a strong believer in building others up and
allowing them to be successful! She loves to grow leaders! She
sees the potential in others that many people miss. As a result,
she has built a unique culture and climate in her school as
principal that has a very low turnover rate. While many schools
are struggling to find good teachers, Susan has positioned
herself to draw the best of the best and has her pick of
qualified applicants! What a great interview this was gaining
insight into a person who cultivates success and leadership!


Susan has a bachelor's degree in Business from Texas A & M, a
Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of
Houston where she graduated at the top of her class and her
Principal's certification from Sam Houston State University. She
has completed the Rice University Entrepreneurship Certification
process and is a National Association of Elementary School
Principals Mentor. She has the unique experience of opening 4
different campuses in the same district-each from a different
perspective! She opened an elementary school as a student,
