John Carpenter over decades has been commonly referred to as a
master of the cinematic horror action genre. Yet, In fact,
filmmakers such as James Cameron, Quentin Tarantino, Guillermo
del Toro to name a few represent a generation who have been
influenced by Carpenter’s eclectic style and in some case armed
only with minimal equipment and vision for storytelling.
