Nicky Azzara is a bass and bow-fisherman extraordinaire.
As one of the three founding members of the Flying Plecos
Bowfishing team, Nicky has every tilapia in Central Florida on
high alert for flying arrows. Moreover, at just 16 years of age,
Nicky has already landed more big bass than most folks will catch
in a lifetime. In fact, this story is about Nicky’s first entry
into a bass fishing tournament. True to form, another “toad”
decides to crash the party …

metro Orlando area. He now branches out into many Central
Florida lakes and rivers for both bass and bow fishing. Nicky
also enjoys flats fishing in the local saltwater lagoons
(Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River Lagoon).
