Build strong relationships to drive authenticity

It's exhausting pretending to be someone else at work. And it's
exhausting pretending to be the expert in something when you're
clearly not.


That's why authenticity matters, alongside building strong
relationships and the best team you can get to fill your own
knowledge gaps.


With all of that, you can go into areas you never thought
possible, and solve challenges that have long been experienced by
women but too often ignored and overlooked.


In Nicole's case, that area is health tech and reproductive
health, given the company she founded Kin Fertility, which offers
an express pill subscription and delivery service.
