Welcome to the 5 Deep Guest Mix, a spin-off
series that invites local and international DJs, Producers, and
Artists to share 5 of their favorite new tracks that are emerging
in the House music scene today! No tricks, no extras, just 5
great new tracks that my guests feel that you should hear, feel,
and fall in love with. Now, let’s go 5 Deep with…
Riley Warren, a very dear friend, who
was a big influence on my music and supporter when I was just
starting out DJing, and continues to be an amazing person to this
day. She is part of the inner circle of Wülfpack Records, and has
recently doubled down on her personal producing focus, creating
new and cutting edge tracks and scores from her home base of Los
Angeles. This mix dives deep into electronica territory, and is
quite a journey through some deep and dark chilled beats.
Tracklist:
1) Riley Warren – Priez Moi [Unreleased]
2) Shall Ocin – Swallow [Systematic]
3) Stephan Bodzin – Wir (Max Cooper Remix) [Herzblut
Recordings]
4) Chicola, Sahar Z – It Happened One Night (Intro Mix)
[MicroCastle]
5) Nils Frahm – Says (The THC Rework) [Unreleased]
Throughout Riley Warren's decade of music production, she has
found herself in a place that doesn't have a label, and no real
definable description, except for Adventurous. Choosing to follow
no rules, she explores many facets of electronic and live music,
to travel through the deep and dark, the light and airy, the
earth and the cosmos. Her passion is film and movie scores,
and you will definitely hear that influence in her sound.
