Joshua Martin – Martin Shapes, Handcrafted Family - Joshua Martin
makes things with his hands. His father also made things with his
hands. Surfboards to be more precise. Terry Martin is a noted
shaper in the surfing world, working for Hobie Alter. His
application? a finished surfboard. Joshua learned at a variety of
surf shops throughout the years, working with his dad, and
eventually realizing an innate sense for the shapes of things.
Joshua, with the lessons from his father he's created his own
business, Martin Shapes, and boy does he make incredible things.
From Chopsticks to surfboards, Joshua's creative mind is always
working. This is Joshua's first appearance on the Break It Down
