the primacy of the Kingdom message

Jesus' primary message - the focus of His preaching was the KIngdom
of God. Many Christians throughout the centuries shifted their
focus from the Kingdom to the Church. Some mistakenly teach that
the Church and the Kingdom of essentially synonymous terms. The
Kingdom is more comprehensive than the Church. Whereas the living
Church is a part of the Kingdom, the Kingdom of God is far more
widespread.
