49. South Florida’s Child Killers — Jorge and Carmen Barahona

The Barahona’s adopted twins from the Florida Department of
Children and Families. Eight-year-old Victor and his twin sister,
Nubia. Then, they tortured, beat, starved and almost killed them
both. Nubia’s body was found in Jorge’s pesticide truck on I-95.
Victor was in the front seat, beaten and convulsing. Somehow, he
survived. Miami Herald reporter, David Ovalle, has been covering
this horrible story for years. On this episode he joins Katrina
to talk about the latest developments.
