50. The Derek Chauvin Verdict: Guilty on All Three Counts

Just in time for our 50th podcast episode,  the verdict is
in. Derek Chauvin, the former Minnesota police officer charged in
the killing of George Floyd, was found guilty on all three
charges. Here to discuss the verdict are returning guests:
Criminal Defense Attorney, Michael Rosen; Former State and
Federal Prosecutor, Richard Gregorie; along with Former Federal
Judge, Billy Wilkins. Judge Wilkins was the 13th Circuit
Solicitor and President Ronald Reagan’s first appointment to the
federal court. He went on to become a Federal Judge and then
Chief Judge of the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Wilkins
is now in private practice as a partner in one of the most
respected law firms, Nexen Pruet.
