The frightening tragedy at Houston’s Astroworld, 50,000 people in
attendance during the Travis Scott concert. Eight young people
lost their lives, including a 9-year-old and a 14-year-old.
Concert goers suffocated and trampled to death as the crowd went
wild. There is just so much blame to go around. The fire marshals
did not shut the concert down, the police and other security did
not shut the concert down. The promoters and organizers, Live
Nation, did not shut the concert down. Travis Scott? He continued
to perform – although he did call out the ambulance that drove
through the crowd once he saw it. Scott mentioned that someone
had passed out and asked for help, but he never stopped
performing. Lawsuits are coming for Travis and company. Katrina
Daniel talks with personal injury attorney, Andy Yaffa, about
what is expected to happen next.
